What we collect
- Consultation requests: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), preferred call window (optional), the type of client you are, the area of work, and the description of your matter.
- Guide requests: your name, email address, company (optional) and the guide you asked for.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser information, recorded by our form software when you submit a form, and standard server logs kept by our hosting provider.
Please do not send confidential documents or sensitive personal information through the website. A lawyer-client relationship begins only once an engagement letter is signed.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send the scope, timeline and fee basis you asked for.
- To email you the guide you requested.
- To protect the website against spam and abuse.
- We do not add you to any mailing list from these forms.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers to run the website, who process data on our behalf: Hostinger (website hosting), Titan Email (email delivery), and Google Fonts (fonts load from Google servers, which receive your IP address). We may disclose information where required by law or by a court or regulator.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records only for as long as we need them to respond to you, and for any longer period required by law or professional record-keeping rules.
Cookies
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@corphex.com. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
